#1) Club Forms & Info

The following will provide you with all of the resources you need in order to form a club, create your club constitution, and fundraise on campus.  Please keep in mind, that every club needs to submit an application and constitution every year.

 

1. Club Application, Constitution, and Bylaws Form 

2. Club Minutes Form (Due: anytime you hold a meeting)

3. Fundraiser Request/Revenue Potential Form

    (Due: at least two weeks before your fundraiser)

4. Fundraising Tally Sheet  & Club Deposit Slip

    (Must be submitted to the BGHS Bookstore for each day of fundraising)
