2023 SUMMER LEAGUE INFORMATION

Summer league dates are from June 5-June 30, 2023

Future 9th graders -

Practice times: Monday and Wednesday - 8am-12pm.

Requirements:

1) Summer League Form completed/$50 due to the bookstore (PICK UP FORM AT BGHS)
2) Physical Form - stamped and signed by doctor, you and your guardians (PRINT BELOW)

FREE PHYSICAL DAY - MAY 10, 2023 - 3:30-5PM
PRINT OUT, FILL OUT AND SIGN THE FRONT PORTION OF THE PHYSICAL FORM BELOW AND BRING IT TO FREE PHYSICAL DAY. THE DOCTOR WILL ONLY SEE STUDENTS WHO HAVE THIS FILLED OUT AND SIGNED BY STUDENT AND GUARDIAN

To participate in any sport, an athlete must register and complete the athleticclearance.com forms online, have a completed current physical, have health insurance (insurance is also available for purchase), complete the At-Risk form (only for new athletes; also can be found as part of the athleticclearance.com On-Line registration). All forms must be turned in to the head coach or front office BEFORE the athlete can participate. Information and forms can be found on-line at: bolsagrande.org.
