The Bolsa Grande Library Media Center is a comfortable, air-conditioned, 6000 square-foot multi-use facility located on the north side of campus, adjacent to the gym. (Check the QuickTime VR 360º panorama for a quick look.)

Our regular hours are from 7:30 AM to 4 PM, Monday through Friday and 8:45 - 4 on late start Wednesdays.  Occasionally, in order to accommodate the needs of various types of school or district meetings or testing schedules, our hours will change. We post changes in our hours to our online calendar as well as on signs on the front door.

We have 16,000 books and 300 videos available for 3-week checkout.

We have 55 Internet-connected computers available for student and teacher use. We also have 20 laptops that can--preferably--be used at the library tables.   We have 12 USB flash drives available for checkout, too.

We are the "Reading Counts" center for the school--with RC books labeled with yellow stickers and 3000+ RC quizzes available on computers in the "glass room."

There is a public-access copy machine (15 cents per page), a small selection of popular magazines for browsing in our “lounge area,” and a collection of yearbooks covering every year of Bolsa’s existence.

The Library Media Center also houses the offices of the Bookstore (textbooks), the Visually Handicapped Specialist and the School Psychologist.
