Louise Milner is the principal of Bolsa Grande High School. Louise began her career as an educator in the Placentia Yorba Linda Unified School District where she taught science and mathematics. She has served students as a principal at La Quinta High School in the Garden Grove USD and assistant principal at both Ocean View High School in the Huntington Beach USD and Western High School in the Anaheim UHSD. Louise started at Ocean View as vice principal of activities and was promoted to assistant principal of guidance. While at Western, her administrative focus was curriculum and instruction. She graduated from California Baptist College with a B.S. in Finance and a holds Masters degree in Education from Pepperdine University and has completed coursework toward an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership.

Louise lives in Irvine with her husband Ronald, a retired administrator from the Anaheim UHSD. They have two children; Elizabeth Wivagg, a CPA with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Kristen Kirschner, an elementary school teacher. Louise is a grandmother of three grandsons, Nathan Wivagg and William Wivagg, and Ronan Kirschner. Louise enjoys spending free time with family and friends, reading and traveling.
