Hi, my name is Sandra Patino-Ruiz and I have had the privilege of being a part of Bolsa Grande High School since 2005. I work in a high school with a team of amazing and creative teachers, I am committed  to providing your community with a loving and developmentally sound foundation for a lifetime of learning. At Bolsa Grande, we know that success is a student's most important goal. With this in mind I strive to create and maintain an environment where your child can grow and thrive while exploring the many opportunities around them.

I teach Spanish 1 and 2 and I received a B.A. from UCLA and a teaching credential from National University. My favorite things to do are to travel around the world.  One of my favorite past times is to oil paint Frida Khalo's paintings. I have been to twelve countries and one of the most beautiful areas was the South of Spain.I am also fascinated with watching beautiful sunsets at the beach, but what I love most in the world is my family. I have four children.  My second son is a criminal lawyer, my daughter is in college and my youngest boy owns his very own VEGAN Restaurant in the city of La Palma. I have been very blessed with a life of many successes. I am very blessed to be part of the Bolsa family.
