Hello Students and Parents,

Welcome to the 2025–2026 school year! My name is Alexis Ramirez, and I’m excited to start this year with all of you. This will be my 6th year as part of the Garden Grove Unified School District and my first year at Bolsa Grande High School.

I’m truly a homegrown product of GGUSD. I attended Crosby Elementary, Walton Intermediate, and graduated from Garden Grove High School. Growing up here shaped who I am as a person and as an educator. I know firsthand what it’s like to walk these halls, play sports for our schools, and be part of this community. It’s an honor to now give back to the district that helped raise me.

Sports have been a big part of my journey. For the past five years, I’ve coached football and track & field at Garden Grove High School, working with student-athletes to grow both on and off the field. This year, I’m excited to join the Bolsa Grande football program as the offensive and defensive line coach, where I look forward to building a strong, competitive, and united team.

In the classroom, I’ve taught 12th Grade Civics and 11th Grade U.S. History. This year, I will be teaching 10th Grade World History and 11th Grade U.S. History. I’m looking forward to sharing my passion for history, building strong relationships, and making this a successful and engaging school year.
