Course Description

This program is an after school class given on Tuesday's and Thursday's from 2:45-4:45pm. It is designated to prepare students for entry-level occupations in the restaurant/food service industry. Included are core contents such as safety and sanitation, food preparation, plate presentations, food service operations, and nutrition.
Quantity food production as applied to a catering setting, Students will setup, prepare, and serve various themed catering functions during the course.
